Utkarsh Ambudkar has joined the cast of New Line/MGM’s Barbershop 3 alongside Ice Cube, Common and Cedric the Entertainer. He’ll play Samir, a talented barber from Detroit who is constantly picked on for his Indian-American roots — though always taking the hits in stride with swag and humor.
